All products come with a 90 day warranty against defects in material and construction.
Coils are NOT included in this warranty. Coil lifespan can vary greatly with use. Coils are guaranteed against being DOA but are not otherwise warrantied. We guarantee they will work when you get them but we can't guarantee how long a coil will work before burning out.
We do not warranty products against damage by the consumer. This includes damage from dropping or contact with liquids (other than liquids inside appropriate chambers). We do not guarantee customers will not break glass parts, only that they will arrive unbroken.
To be eligible for warranty your order must show delivered within the last 90 days. Your issue must not be subject to warranty exclusions above.
To submit a warranty request contact us via on-site chat or email Support@YocanAmerica.com. We will need to brief description of the problem. A video of picture of the problem helps as well.
Do not mail used products back to us. Used products may contain residue of materials banned under South Dakota or Federal law.
Once received we will review your warranty claim and determine if any troubleshooting is appropriate. We may reach out with information on how to resolve your problem, or with additional steps to diagnose the issue.
If your product is determined to be defective we will send out replacement part(s) to restore your device to working order.
